Tennis By the Bay

Imagine playing outdoor tennis on a hardcourt that is in perfect condition (usually a tall order) with a backdrop of sailboats bobbing in the bay.  Louis Comfort Tiffany had the right idea when he used Oyster Bay’s glistening blue hues as his palate. Kenny and I played a set in that gorgeous setting yesterday.  I probably shouldn’t advertise this, as it might become overrrun with tennis players, but a beach pass for the parking lot is required. If tennis be the food  of life, play on. Wait a second: Is golf now chopped liver? No, it’s dessert.

Doing anything with Oyster Bay as the backdrop sounds wonderful!
